Before You Arrive

When you book your free consultation, our team will send you a brief health history form to complete in advance. This helps Dr. Seera review your medical background before your appointment and ensures we make the most of your time together.

If you have recent dental X-rays from another provider, you're welcome to bring them — though we'll likely take our own 3D imaging as well (more on that below).

Step 1: A Warm Welcome (Not a Sales Pitch)

When you arrive, you'll be greeted by our front desk team and made comfortable in our waiting area. We run on time — we respect that your schedule matters.

One thing you'll notice immediately: this is not a corporate dental chain. Seera Family Dental is privately owned by Dr. Seera, and the atmosphere reflects that. You're a person here, not a number.

Step 2: Meeting Dr. Seera

Unlike many implant centers where you meet with a treatment coordinator or sales consultant first, you will meet Dr. Seera directly at your consultation. He'll sit down with you, listen to your concerns, and take the time to understand your goals before any clinical evaluation begins.

This is important to us. Dental implants are a significant decision, and you deserve to make it with the actual doctor who will be performing your procedure — not a salesperson.

Step 3: Comprehensive Clinical Evaluation

Dr. Seera will perform a thorough examination of your mouth, including:

• Visual examination of your teeth, gums, and soft tissues
• Assessment of your bite and jaw function
• Evaluation of any remaining teeth and their condition
• Discussion of your dental and medical history and how it may affect treatment

Step 4: 3D Cone Beam CT Scan

One of the most important tools in implant planning is the 3D cone beam CT scan (CBCT). Unlike traditional 2D X-rays, a CBCT gives Dr. Seera a complete three-dimensional view of your jawbone, sinuses, nerves, and existing teeth.

This technology allows him to:

• Measure your bone density and volume precisely
• Identify the exact location of nerves and sinuses to avoid during surgery
• Plan the precise placement of each implant in 3D before the procedure
• Determine whether bone grafting may be needed

The scan takes less than a minute and is completely painless. We perform it right here in our office.

Step 5: Your Personalized Treatment Plan

Based on the examination and imaging, Dr. Seera will walk you through a detailed, personalized treatment plan. This includes:

• Recommended treatment — what procedure(s) would best address your situation
• Number of implants — how many implants per arch and why
• Materials — we'll explain why we use Zirconia for final teeth and what that means for your results
• Timeline — a realistic estimate of how long the process will take from start to finish
• Pricing — a clear, itemized breakdown of costs with no hidden fees

We believe in complete transparency. You'll leave knowing exactly what's involved, what it costs, and what to expect.

Step 6: Your Questions, Answered
